The riders of our Champi Women Racing team started the weekend in the best possible way. At the opening round of the Spanish Speed Championship at the Ricardo Tormo circuit in Cheste (Valencia), the team secured two wins and two podiums in both the 600 cc and 1,000 cc classes.
Paquita Ruiz won both races at Cheste and Mari Calero reached the podium with two well-deserved third places that confirm her strong progress. Paquita also set the fastest lap and took pole on Saturday; with these victories she leads the championship with 50 points.
